50lb, 52" Block Island Striper on the Can´t Imagine

Block Island Fishing Report for September 13th, 2008.

September 50 pound striped bass
Today Capt. Bill took Mark Zoller and his brothers to Block Island for bass. The weather was cloudy with some fog on the way out. Fishing gave us some nice bass in the 20 to 30 pound range while drifting live eels. Moving to the south side of Block we drifted eels over the humps when Mark's brother hooked up with a 50.5 pound 51 inch striper.
