Fishing Report for July 28th, 2008 in Bristol Harbor.
Capt. Bill took John Peter and his dad fishing in Bristol Harbor where we landed about 30 blue fish, 30 scup, some seabass, and on top of that some nice stripers! John Peter was a real trooper, reeling in fish after fish. Its nice to see kids so ambitious about catching fish! We had a great day.
Charter 2:
Capt. Bill took the boys from Amsterdam fishing in Bristol Harbor too. These guys caught plenty of different fish such as scup, stripers, and bluefish. We had a good time!
Fishing Report for July 27th, 2008.
Capt. Bill and Patrick to the Humps of Popasquash where they landed 25 bluefish, dozen scup, and a few big seabass. Good day! Great to meet new people from new places!
Block Island Fishing Report for July 26th, 2008
Capt. Bill took Roger and his buddies to Block Island where we landed a dozen bass and the biggest was about 25 lbs. The tides weren't that great but it should get better as the week goes on.
Fishing Report for July 25th, 2008.
Capt. Bill and Patrick to the Humps of Popasquash where they landed 25 bluefish, dozen scup, and a few big seabass. Good day! Great to meet new people from new places!
Fishing Report for July 23, 2008
Today, Capt. Bill took Helene and John fishing in the Bristol Harbor, where we landed 25 bluefish, 30 scup, 2 seabass, tautog, and 3 stripers. It was a great day, done by 8 and a great breakfast at Hope Diner!
Fishing Report for July 22th, 2008.
Today, Capt. Bill took Roy Tomkweitz and his brother and dad for a day of fishing around Popasquash. We landed a dozen nice scup, 2 nice stripers, around 30 bluefish and one lobster. It was a great day, with some really good guys.
Fishing Report for July 21th, 2008
Today, Capt. Bill took the Big Man and his crew of killers, around Popasquash where we landed 4 stripers, 3 seabass, tautog, and 25 scup. It was a good day.
Fishing Report for July 20th, 2008.
Today, Capt. Billy took the Bill Fernandez Party fishing today in Narraganset Bay where we landed a mix bag of fish. We landed about 40 scup, 2 nice stripers, 1 5lb fluke, 2 nice sea bass, and about 15 blue fish. It was a good day and Little Ashton out fished all the old men.
Fishing Report for July 17th, 2008
Capt. Bill took good friend and artist, Nick Mayer, from Escape Studio. Nick does some of the best free hand salt water artistry that Capt. Billy has seen. We fished the waters of Newport and Bristol and also Prudence Island, landing all different kinds of fish including sea bass which is Nick's next fish he wants to draw. He was impressed by the beautiful colors of the fish, making it his next drawing. Great 2 days of fishing with Nick and his buddy Mike and his cousin Stinkpole!
Fishing Report for July 15th, 2008.
Capt. Bill was part of a 3 boat charter, where we had a great day landing tons of striped bass, bluefish, and scup.
Fishing Report for July 14th, 2008 under Mt. Hope Bridge.
Capt. Bill took John and his buddy fishing around Prudence where we connected with 5 bass and the biggest, 34 ins and 17lbs.
Bristol Harbor Fishing Report for July 13th, 2008.
Capt. Bill took Larry and his son and the boys from Ocean Grove fishing in Bristol Harbor where we landed 6 bass, some blue fish, and big scup. These guys had a good time and it was a good day.
Fishing Report for July 12th, 2008
Capt. Bill took Winston, who is a Boston police officer, fishing with his family around the humps of Popasquash. We landed 20 blue fish, 5 stripers, and some big scup.
Fishing Report for July 11th, 2008.
Capt. Bill took a family from Mass. fishing. We got some striped bass and sea bass. Another great day of fishing!
Fishing Report for July 10th, 2008 under Mt. Hope Bridge.
Steve was with Capt. Bill as they went to Popasquash Point. They landed 11 bass and the biggest being 20lbs. We caught many bluefish and it was a great afternoon.
Mt. Hope Bay Bridge Fishing Report for July 9th, 2008.
Capt. Bill took the kids from Jamestown fishing with live bait under the Mt. Hope Bridge and we scored 7 bass, with the biggest at 17lbs.
Fishing Report for July 8th, 2008 under Mt. Hope Bridge.
Capt. Bill took John and his family fishing for fluke at the Newport Bridge. We landed a few nice keeps, then took on the bass under the Mt. Hope Bridge. We got 6 nice bass!
Mt. Hope Bay wreck Fishing Report for July 7th, 2008.
This Morning Capt. Billy took Don O´Neil, Nils Christensen, Rob Squatrito and first mate out at 3AM this morning hunting for poagies. We where setting up for a great day of fishing with the kayak fishing boys from CT. After loading up with bait we headed for Mt. Hope Bay and the wreck under the Mt. Hope Bridge where we fished for stripers. First to hook up was Rob "Bobwesier" Squatrito with a nice keeper Bass on the first drift on a 3-way rigged bunker. Fish finder was lit up with large linesiders in 65 to 70 feet of water where the next hook up was on a yo-yo rigged poagie as soon as it hitt bottom next to the wreck. Next couple of hours had 30 fish to 24.5lbs landed on the Can´t Imagine. Todays high hand was Don O´Neil with his 24.5lbs striper on a yo-yo rigged poagie. It was a great day of fishing and another happy group of customers with fish.

Fishing Report for July 6th, 2008 under Mt. Hope Bridge.
Capt. Bill headed out with Joe and his family fishing off Popasquash and under the Mt. Hope bridge, landing 20 bass and the biggest caught by the boys at 30lbs and little Ariana caught 28lb striper earlier in the morning. Great day with Great people!
Fishing Report for July 5th, 2008 fishing off Popasquash Point.
Today, Capt. Bill took Renee and Brian from Illinois along with Dan the man. We fished off Popasquash and we did really well, catching about a dozen stripers. It was a short morning, but a good day.
Fishing Report for July 4th, 2008.
Today, Capt. Billy took Nick and his buddies fishing for striped bass. We caught 15 nice stripers in the harbor and a few at Popasquash. The biggest bass was 20lbs landed by Nick. We caught a lot of nice fish. Have a nice 4th!
Fishing Report for July 2nd, 2008 fishing off Popasquash Point.
Today, Capt. Bill took the Klug Family fishing off Popasquash Point for some nice striped bass fishing, landing about 20 nice bass the Klug family did very good. Harry´s brother Bill caught the largest bass at 20lbs, it was a good morning.

Today, Capt Bill took Uncle Don and his son-in-law Chris fishing in the Bay for striped bass. We landed about 20 linesiders and the biggest fish was about 33in landed by Chris. On the day, we got many stripers and it was a good day.
